Casa Jungua Owners
Lynn & Eddie O’Hara
Lynn and Eddie fell in love with the Osa Peninsula during their first visit and their love has only grown stronger in the years that followed. Because they care deeply about protecting this environment, they decided to build Casa Jungua as responsibly as possible. To help preserve one of the last, most incredibly bio diverse places on earth, the O’Hara’s made sure that every aspect of home construction was carefully planned to be as low impact as possible and that all on-going systems required to operate the home remain sustainable. Their hope is that when guests visit the Osa Peninsula and experience its indescribable beauty as well as its energy connecting them to nature, that they will gain a better understanding of our collective responsibility to be proud stewards and protectors of this beautiful planet.
The O’Hara’s are proud supporters of Osa Conservation .
Noel and Monica are Casa Jungua’s caretakers and will greet you upon your arrival. Noel manages all the systems of the house and property and Monica keeps the house clean and organized. Noel is available to take our guests on tours and Monica is available to prepare “tico-style” meals with fresh, local ingredients.
